Standard Production - our aggressive two to three week lead time ensures that you
have finished assemblies when required.

needs and turn product around quickly.

Proto-typing - Our fast turn-around capabilities make us an excellent prototyping
partner. We often lend expertise in design consideration while prototyping for customers.

Turnkey and Consignment Kits - We have the ability to build your kits as full
turnkey, partial turnkey or complete consignment kits as an to extension of your manufacturing.

Drawing and Design Support - Our engineers have helped countless customers with
drawing and designs of assemblies. Our drawing and design work incorporates our deep expertise in ease
of manufacturing, ability to source parts and manufacturing quality considerations.

Material Sourcing - We help source your components either for availability or for
manufacturability.

MRP Scheduling - We work off a complete MRP system. This enables us to purchase the
components necessary to build your assemblies effectively as well as track the kit through the total
manufacturing process and shipping.

Test - All ASI assembled products are 100% electrically tested as well as physically
and visually tested before they are shipped. We can provide test data sheets and Certificate of Compliance of
Underwriters Laboratory Certificates to our customers.

packaging at customer request
